A word from Wade: The most fulfilling part of being a therapist is partnering with you to address your individual concerns and assist you in building a more mindful and connected life. Shannon and I strive to maintain practices that are centered in compassion, openness, and the therapeutic relationship. We work to maintain a friendly and down-to-earth approach, and we welcome clients to the safety of a therapy space where they are affirmed and can be themselves. We have advanced trainings in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma informed practice, grief and loss, and telehealth in mental health practice. We each respectively have more than 14 years in the mental health field and more than 8 years of practice as therapists. Currently, we have availability for adults for individual in-person/telehealth therapy. Our physical office is conveniently located in Colleyville, TX, accessible from much of the DFW area, with telehealth services provided for any clients located in the state of Texas.
